# Quality-assurance summary (static checks only)

The overlay was checked with PHP CLI syntax validation on all PHP files. The shared navigation links were verified against either this overlay or the original archive's member paths. A content scan checked that no original private uploads, passwords, SQLite databases or log archives are included in the deliverable.

**These checks do NOT establish production readiness.** We had no safe test MySQL database, mail transport, web server or staging authentication test accounts. Important mandatory runtime checks are listed in README_DEPLOY_FIRST.md.

- Security baseline: OWASP ASVS 5.0 / authorization and multi-tenant isolation (especially ASVS 8.4.1).
- Environment: PHP 7.4 syntax compatible, but deploy only on supported PHP 8.x after regression testing.
- Default account model: demo request followed by manual SoulGuard approval; organization admins invite employees.
- Source-code disclosure: server PHP must execute and never be served to clients. Client HTML/CSS/JS remains visible by design.
