**26 October 2026 — Staging redesign**
- Modernized shared grouped sidebar with monochrome SVG icons, consistent sections and clear journeys.
- Applied new sidebar and CSS to 18 previously existing member modules; retained existing database operations.
- Added overview pages for Privacy, AI Governance and DLP and a 30-day getting-started guide.
- Added per-organization team membership and secure invitation flow; no automatic billing.
- Added tenant-scoped policy register, approval process, version history and audit activity.
- Added demo request and internal lead review instead of public self-registration.
- Added migration, basic Apache/LiteSpeed hardening suggestions and QA/security release checklist.

**Limitations:** no end-to-end database or web-server testing was possible without a safe staging environment. The legacy system has critical security review items outstanding; do not claim this release is production certified.
